Before Your First Visit

Congratulations! You are now booked for your first visit with our office.

Please note, if you are late for your scheduled appointment time, the Doctor may need to step out during the assessment to adjust patients as we need to respect their previously booked appointment times.

If you have any previous reports, X-Rays or scans that would be beneficial for the Doctor to see, please either email them to us or bring them with you to your appointment.

Additionally, if you have Chiropractic Coverage with insurance, it is always beneficial to find out the total coverage before your appointment.

You should have received an email with the New Patient Forms to fill out before your appointment. If you do not see the Adobe Acrobat email in your inbox, check your junk mail as sometimes the forms are marked as spam. If you are unable to fill in the Adobe New Patient forms, please come 15 minutes early to your exam.

Here's the Best Way to Get to Us

We are located at 2300 Yonge St, Suite 2004.

The main intersection is Yonge and Eglinton.

If taking the subway, exit at Eglinton Subway Station and cross the street towards the Yonge and Eglinton Centre Mall. Enter through the glass doors beside Sephora and Aroma Espresso Bar. This will lead you to the main lobby. From there you can take the back elevators, past the security desk, beside the Canada Post Office, up to the 20th floor.

If driving, the most convenient parking is the underground parking for the mall. The entrance is located just behind the Yonge and Eglinton Centre Mall, on Orchard View Blvd. Once parked, you can take the elevators to the Ground Floor Level, and this will lead you right to the main lobby of the building. Take the 2nd set of elevators to the right, up to the 20th floor.
